Dashboard Sharing with NON ITIL role user (End user role)

Hi Community,

I have built the Dashboard and shared it with users having ITIL roles they all can see the report widget in the Dashboard because reports are already being shared with those users. However I have a request to share the dashboard with Leadership, they are not part of any group and not having an ITIL role, they just have a EUS role. Can they see the dashboard tabs and report widgets in the Dashboard?

@Naresh_5120 do you have reports or widgets in your dashboard?

If you have reports you need to add EUS role to that report.

If you have widgets than you need to check which table that widget is getting data from, you need to check read ACL on that table and add EUS role to that ACL.

Also if possible share the screenshot if user is still not able to see after these changes.
