Dashboard View not visible in homepage

Hi Community,

Our production instance was upgraded to newer version , now the users want the dashboards needs to come automatically in homepage when login into ServiceNow instance , how to achieve it.

Current view :

They need in dashboard view how it was earlier . Can anyone please help on this .

I already mentioned that homepages are not being used now by many customers

You need to convince customer to stay with the latest trends or else they will miss the new features

This is the latest enhancement introduced by ServiceNow in the recent release.

This feature is only available when the user clicks on Platform Analytics or Data Visualization. Until then, it will not be displayed. @tulasi8

Hi @tulasi8,

You can set com.glideapp.home.deprecate_homepages property to false to have homepage in ServiceNow where you will get dashboards on landing page.

Note: Homepages are deprecated and any issues with it will not be supported by ServiceNow.
