Data Policy Exception: the following fields are mandatory: Task error on Idea form

Hi, I have created an Idea and clicked "Accept" button which should create a demand

but seeing the following error instead of seeing the demand number.

We have the following business rules

This error was occurring because I have used g_scratchpad.name in a before business rule. Is there an alternative to using g_scratchpad in before business rule to pass a value to a client script?
