Deactivate the announcment "Alert : Appsec Daily Data Collection"

Hello,

Need to deactivate the OOB announcment "Alert : Appsec Daily Data Collection". I make it active as "false". However it will activating  automatically after some time. What code makes this announcment as active automatically. Can anyone help me on this.

How do you prevent the announcement from getting activated?  Deactivate the scheduled job?  Not sure I want to disable since it is compiling data for security center dashboard.
