Decimal field weight in risk assessment

Hello , when i try to change the decimal field "weight" in risk assessment  the field automatically updates the value x 100 anybody knows how to solve this?

can you please share a screenshot or to specify risk assessment of what - change request?

EDIT: change request doesn't have "Weight" field.

Check the tables having it and their field type - decimal, integer and floating:

Hello @GlideFather  here is the risk assessment and i highlighted the weight field this get updated with x 100 when i save, i dont know why but the score gets crazy results like 1000000000 and we cannot use risk assessment in change without this, do you have any ideas?

thank you for the screenshot, it is a bit more clear but still not completely... it seems that I don't have such a plugin installed, so in my PDI I cannot replicate this.

Could you please be more specific what is this risk assessment related to? Is it some SecOps, problem, change, or what exactly is this risk assessment about?

I wanted to try in my end but I don't know what to inspect...

EDIT: sorry, now I can see that the table is change_request, but I sill don't know how to replicate. Will try anyways to keep searching...

Risk assessment is a plugin in change management to assess risk based on survey. The problem is that in our in-prem instance when i installed the risk assessment plugin the score gets crazy results and the weight field and the point field on the questions is auto updated with x100

if i put 10 on the weight field and click save then it would be 1000
