Delegate user not working

Hi Guys,
I have impersonated a user and went to My Profile module and clicked on New of Delegates tab to add another user to delegate as the user I impersonated is going for vacation.
I checked this in UAT instance but approvals are not getting triggered to the delegated user, I raised a change request ad checked but in vain.
For your reference:
I have created a record like this after impersonating like him who is going to vacation:
User: ---->The user who is going to vacation<------
Delegate: ----> to whom the approvals should go <------
Starts: Today's date given
Ends: 26th of this month
Also, checked all the four check boxes.
Please help, It;s a bit urgent

Hi Pallavi,
By approval you mean approval record or approval notification?
If approval notificaiton is not sent can you check if Notification on Approval table does not have Exclude Delegate checked.

Hi Jaspal,
I mean Approval record.
Because when I check in the Approvers tab of change request, it is not showing the Delegated user name.
Also I have checked the Exclude delegate check box for notifications and it is Unchecked only
