Navigate to Workflow> Workflow Versions, select the workflow and you'll see a Delete button available.

Hi,
You need to checkout the workflow and click on the Delete option in the context menu.
You cannot delete a workflow if there are any active contexts of it running in the system. In such a case, all active contexts should be deleted first from Workflow -> Active Contexts.
Thanks
PS: Hit like, Helpful or Correct depending on the impact of the response

Hi All,
I too am facing the same issue. I went in and cleared all Active Context asscoiated to that workflow. Then went to Workflow > Workflow Version > Opened Workflow > Checkout > Inactive > Delete, and still no luck.
The system keeps on recreating a secondary identical workflow. Not sure why this is the case, any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Dominic
