Demand Pop up form is not showing

Hi Everyone,
I am facing issue in 'Strategic Planning Workspace' of ServiceNow. When I click on 'New Demand' button it should show New Demand form as shown in attached screenshot. Previously it was working as expected when I click on 'New Demand' it was showing pop up form but now it is not showing. 
Please let me know where to check this configuration.

Hi @aishwaryade3564 

Check you role whether you have it_demand_manager  role to create new demand.

specifically sn_align_core.apw_user or sn_align_core.apw_admin to interact with the Planning Workspace, and the necessary demand management roles (demand_manager or demand_user)
