I want to activate Digital product release plugin on my PDI. Is it on chargeable basis.?

Hi @SameerVinayak ,

Digital Product Release (DPR) plugin is generally available for free to users of a PDI.

You can activate the plugin directly from your PDI instance under System Definition > Plugins, searching for "Digital Product Release".

If you're using a production instance (not a PDI), the availability and potential cost might be different. It's always a good idea to confirm with ServiceNow support or your account manager if you are uncertain whether any costs apply to your specific instance.

We were looking into this as it's part of ITSM Pro subscription, but for a PDI I would imagine it would be free.
