Disable MFA for one user account

Hello folks, I have requirement to remove(disable) MFA for a single user account. any possible ways to achieve this. I have tried with making MFA column false on sys_user table with no use.

Hi  Musab Rasheed, thanks for the early reply I have tried with the above, but I don't see any related link "multifactor authentication" in it.

Check in Self service view , it should be visible, in default view it might be hidden so change view to Self service
