Display Report without "Edit" options

Just wondering, has anyone found out how to open a report with reportingv2 (fuji) still in the edit mode, but with the actual edit options minimized?

i.e. to look like the attachment?

Perhaps a parameter to be put in the URL or something in the system properties I am missing to give that option? Not really seeing anything in the wiki
