Do I need to unlink the webassessor email (currently my gmail) before I shift to another company

Hi All,

I'm shifting from ABC company, currently Now learning is free here and vouchers are free. I have my Gmail address as the web assessor address in the Now learning account. 

Do I need to unlink my Gmail address before I leave my current company?

Can anyone please clarify.

Hi @Nagashree5 

You can raise a request from your gmail enabled Now Learning and get transferred all certs and vouchers. No need to unlink Web Assessor.

@Nagashree5 You can request your Now Learning account manager to unlink your account before you leave the organisation. If this doesn't happen due to some reason, you can always reach out to Now Learning support to unlink your account from the existing company and link it with the account of the new company.

Hi @Nagashree5 ,

No, you only need to change it if it was your company mail ID. Since it's your personal gmail account linking webassesor to ServiceNow, there is no reason to unlink it. Only your ServiceNow login mail (guess that you're utilizing your company mail ID) needs to be changed.
