Simple report on historical assignments

Hi, Is there a simple of way of looking at how many tasks a certain team has been assigned over the last month?

I'd really like to be able to know how many times a task was sent to a particular team, they may have then reassigned them on elsewehere afterwards and not be the ultimate closers but I still need to know how many requests they had.

It looks like it should be really simple like "Assignment group" "was" "team x", or Task notes include "team X" name but I havent cracked it yet.

Would rather not have to involve scripting and admins at this stage

yes, create a metric or use OOTB metric on the assignment Group. post that create a DB view with a Metric & Incident table. and then create report on DBview.

So once you create DB view, you can use that in Report and type = Histogram.

Hi @JSSNow ,

Only if you have a metric for assignment group created. If you don't have this, there is no easy way of reporting upon this.
