Hi Team,

 

Do we have any approval flow for Known Error articles. I want to send Approvals based on service offereing approval group.

It is instant publish OOTB. Please change it to approval publish. @Gopal14

In Zurich PDI - I can see its flow not workflow . Publishing is driven by Flow Designer, meaning it can be automated as an "Instant Publish" (no approval needed , OOB) or You can configure to route through formal peer/manager review.
