I have a question about SLA.
As my understanding, when SLA task_sla is generated, some jobs will be executed to calculate the timelapse of task_sla.
So, I'm concerned about the number of task_sla are generated, is there any impact on the performance of the instance?
For example: the instance has 8 nodes and the number of task_sla generated is about 5000 each day. Does it impact the performance and if yes, are there any modules, or tools in ServiceNow that help us to track ?
