Does SNOW do monitoring of Servers and Network Devices?

Hello,

We are on Jakarta version and wanted to find out, what are all the options do we have for Monitoring for Servers,UPS, and Network devices?

Do we need to install special Plugins?

Hi Rajan,

    ServiceNow is not designed as a monitoring tool - however we can consume events using our Event Management product part of the ITOM Suite.   One such method is to receive SNMP Traps directly from these devices.
