Have you tried configuring the List Layout first and then selecting Reset Column Defaults from the list context menu?
In many cases, after adding a new field to the List Layout, it doesn't immediately appear under Personalize List Columns until the column defaults are reset.
If the field still doesn't appear after resetting the defaults, then check:
- Whether the Opportunity field is active.
- Whether there are any ACLs restricting access to the field.
- Whether the field belongs to the table you're viewing and not an extended/related table.

Hello @AleshKumarK ,
I also experienced the same that standard user level Personalize List (the gear icon) does not natively allow you to expand reference fields or dot-walk to related tables. Dot walking must be done via the global Configure > List Layout slushbucket, which requires admin or layout editing rights.
Also it incurs more processing power for the database lookups. If given to all Users, there could be performance issues.
Refer this for detailed understanding :
Enable Dot Walking for users when personalizing
How do I make dot-walked fields always available in Personalize List Columns?
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

images are not clear.
1st of all that field should be added in the list view by admin by Configuring List Layout
Then other users can add/remove from the Gear icon
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏

ahoy @AleshKumarK,
your screenshots are in low resolutions and thus unreadable, could you possible re-upload with better quality?
