Hi Vitor,

Approver licenses are just used for approving things within the system. They don't have wide access, etc. as ITIL, and are a cheaper cost.

ITIL licenses are what is normally purchased with ITSM, etc. and that license comes with access to task tables and other features by default. It's a higher cost than approver licenses.

So if you have people within your company who are just approvers and don't need all the system access that ITIL has (read, write, fulfillment of tasks/requests, etc.), then you have a cheaper cost option with approver licenses.

Please speak with your account representative for more information including the exact cost.

Best Regards,

Prashant

hello @Vitor Medeiros ,

ITIL users do have approval access but only for the ritm's which are assigned to them

but if you want to approve any record you need "approval_Admin " role.

approve_admin lets you approve any approval record

approver_user allows you to approve as yourself only

PLEASE MARK MY ANSWER CORRECT IF IT HELPS YOU

I am having the same issue after an upgrade from Washington DC to Yokohama. Currently we have Agent Mobile only in our Development instance and are planning to publish it soon.

I think it worked under Washington DC.
