Duplicate mails are getting generated

Hi,

 

Whenever the enhancement record is created and assigned to group mail need to be triggered which is working fine but suddenly 2 same mails are getting send to the recipients and i have checked the message id in the header part of the 2 same mails there are different. Both the mails are getting generated at the same time itself.

 

Checked in the email logs with the subject details it is showing 2 records

 

Any idea how to solve this and what might be the issue

Details;

Insert and update notification 

When to send:  assignment grp changes and assignment group. group email is empty 

who will receive; Assignment group

what it will contain :email template

can you send a screenshot of the When to Send condition? Wondering if you used an OR condition instead of an AND Condition

Can you try making the notification inactive, and see if it still triggers the emails? If an email is still triggered then there is another source we need to find. If no emails are triggered, re-enable the notification and see if you still get duplicate emails. If you still get the duplicates, it's possible that the notification is corrupt (this happened to me once before). Delete the notification and recreate.

It was sending one before and all of a sudden it started sending duplicate?
Are you using business rule to send notification?
