Edit Group membership double click not working

Anybody else seeing an issue where when you try to edit group membership, double clicking on a user is not moving them to selected side? I'm on Utah and still using UI16. I noticed this issue after we upgraded.

My instance is in Washington DC and double click is working for me. 

 

Can you check add roles by double click?

Any edit screen where I get the list collector does not work. Are you still using UI 16 rather then the next experience?

-Double click is still working. One additional step we need to do is selecting the option before double click.

 -Selecting the option first and then double click worked for me.
