Heyyy everyone I just some help that I have one record as in custom application where user wanted to see the two fields changes into the activity log I have simply add them through formatter. not the issue is happening that whenever the user has changes any field its getting double entry happening with the both of the fields. whenever the field has been changes the it giving twice entry for single change for that field. I have checked the BR as well there is no BR present with the current.update() is available where to find this is happening and if not found and I have write one BR also before update to stop entries on double as setworkflow false condition but still its not working. and audit is false for both fields.
