Hi all,
I'm currently configuring an Email Client Template for INC tickets
For now, I'm still configuring it from the dev3 (not on prod yet). But, when I tried to send the email using 'Sender Configuration': Select From List. and select the Email Client From Address using my own email, I got an undeliverable mail from Outlook as attached
My questions are:
1. Can I configure the sender (it looks like it was sent from 111111@xxx.com)?
2. Can I configure the sender from a Shared Mailbox email address?
