I want an email field on incident form but can't see the email field/field type in form designer/form layout.
How to enable/make visible the email field ?

For change the ACL, this you do Elevate roles to security_admin?

Hi there,
You mean a field like the email on the User form?
Reason that the email type is not visible:
I don't know the reason why this is set as not Visible. Though you could change this if you are oke with this. Then you would be able to add an email type field.

Reason that you can't set Visible to true on the Field class, the write ACL is only set to role "ain't". Obviously you could change the ACL if you are oke with that. Just by selecting admin overrides or adding the admin role.
