Email field type

I want an email field on incident form but can't see the email field/field type in form designer/form layout. 

How to enable/make visible the email field ?

For change the ACL, this you do Elevate roles to security_admin?

That's what I mentioned. Out-of-the-box, the Email type field class is not visible.
