Email log showing the error "ignored by headers"

Hi, 

I am getting an issue once user sends an email ServiceNow, it was ignored by headers " Reason(s): ignored headers"

I have checked in the email address filter `but i could not find user email id to ignore if is coming from this address there no such kind of implementation on it.

Please help me to fix this it is very urgent for me to fix this issue. Please let us know if you need more info.

Thanks for trying to help me out, I have checked in the system we couldn't be able to see the filters under the administration on our system, please refer the screen shot.
