Email log showing the error "ignored by headers"

Hi, 

I am getting an issue once user sends an email ServiceNow, it was ignored by headers " Reason(s): ignored headers"

I have checked in the email address filter `but i could not find user email id to ignore if is coming from this address there no such kind of implementation on it.

Please help me to fix this it is very urgent for me to fix this issue. Please let us know if you need more info.

can you please check whether the plugin with id = com.glide.email_filter is activated in your instance. Currently, it seems it is not.

I have checked that in that system, that is not active.

Then I recommend installing it as regarding the documentation it is installed by default, and you will need it for a granular defining of filters.

Once i have installed this plugin, I can see the filter under administration, Could you please let us know what is next step that i need to do it. 

 

Through the Email filter Can give the condition like header doesn't contain servicenow in the Ignore header email filter or is there anything else that i should needs to do some implementation to fix this issue.
