Hi Nizam

We have notifications for incidents OOTB for caller and assignment groups

Notification names - Incident Opened and Unassigned, Incident opened for me

i have a question in which I Wants to Hide Sub category, Configuration Item, Description fields in User2 Incident form but in User1 incident form these field will have to Display can anyone help me in this Task.

Please help me in solving this question.
