Email Notification not receiving in Incident Activities

Hi all, When I am sending email to caller from more option (Email), Email not arriving in Incident Activities. It shows send-ready in emails logs, I have to forcefully change the type to received then it arrived In Incident activities. Why these Email notifications automatically arriving in activities.

in PDI email did not work and i.e reason it will not show in incident activity logs as well, you need to enable the email for same .

issue still exists after enabling the Outbound and Inbound email configuration.

Hello ,
If you want to remove the email activity log from incident then you can personalize or change your active log list.
