Email Notifications are not sent to users email id

Hi,

 

I am trying to sent an email when an event is trigerred and it is working fine but user is not able to receieve any of them.

So I checked in emails section and it was in the sent-ready mode not in sent.

Then I checked my Email properties module and Email sending enabled field is also set to true.

Can anyone explain me then why the emails are not sent to users?

@Chanpreet Singh ,

If your sending this from lower instance that is non prod instance , you need to include email ID of the user in email properties non prod testing column with comma separated

can you please try this ?

Please check that the user is active, not locked out, and has notifications enabled.

These are mostly the things blocking on a non prod instance.

@Chanpreet Singh Did you check if the email account is configured on your instance. It is needed for sending and receiving emails.
