Email templates for Major Incident communication

Hi , 

I have created 2 Email templates for Major Incident communication to be sent however when I click on email as in screen shot attached i only see last created email template and not the one created before it 

Is there a way I can see both the templates and choose which one I want to use ?

First template is for initial major incident notification 

Second is for providing update or current status of on going major incident 

I can only see second one

Are you talking about the Quick message on the email form?

Can you post a screenshot of your Email form with the template to select.

HI , 

I have attached screen shot , i get email option when I click Three dots at the top ... 

however when i click on email a email box appears with the last created template and not the one I created before it
