Enable email client on Request/Requested Item

Has anyone enabled the email client on the Request/Requested Item form(s)? We are in the process of developing or Service Catalog, but analyst want to be able to send email using the email client like they do on the Incident form.

In the dictionary of sc_req_item and sc_request, add attribute email_client=true to the collection type dictionary record
