How to enable idea management in Service portal so that user can create idea from service portal instead of idea portal

HI @Balakrishna_ABK ,
I trust you are doing great.

  1. Go to the Service Portal application.
  2. Click on "Portals" in the left navigation pane.
  3. Select the Service Portal where you want to enable Idea Management.
  4. On the Service Portal configuration page, click on the "Components" tab.
  5. Click on the "Add a Component" button.
  6. In the component list, search for "Idea" and select the "Idea" component.
  7. Configure the component settings as per your requirements, such as the display title, description, and any additional fields you want to include.
  8. Save the component configuration.
  9. Publish the Service Portal to make the changes live.
