Error loading the execution details for this flow context

Dear Team,

I have created a flow in flow designer for one of the catalog item and when i raise the request then that flow runs but when I click on flow context then it throw bellow error.

"There was an error loading the execution details for this flow context"  and screen doesn't show any detail.

However when i try to test run manually that flow then it works.

Please help how could we resolve this issue.

this is happening to brand newly run flows on the same day - the timeout or purge has no application.  Why wouldn't the flows be loading even though they show they ran and are waiting on completion?
