In above image there is header menu called technology service. under this i need to add one category called human resource. I tried to add new topic in that taxonomy. Nothing works. Also i need to add new menu like technology service as groups.

If you have added it at correct place then logout and re-login because any changes to mega menu are reflected after re-login.
