Hi every one,
I use the business rule to automically add email (abc@mai.com) to watch list. Unfortunately, there is existing user with the userID same as this email (abc@mai.com). The system automically add this user to watch list, which I don't want.
Could you explain to me how it work? And, I hope you can give me the solution the add only email to watch list.
My English is not good. I am sorry about that.

If you add an email and if system finds a corresponding user having the same email id, it will add the user record through backend computation.
If you add an email which is not associated with any user, then it will remain as email only.
The functionality remain the same, if user is added, they will receive the email based on how notifications are configured for them, and the same will be for if you just add email as well
