external.authentication.failed message digest

Hi everybody,

I have an instance which is showing an "external.authentication.failed" message constantly(once or twice every minute)

Log for this event shows as a first parameter the session ID, and the second, "Authentication requirement missing".

This happens only for the guest user. I tried to disable it, but the message kept on repeating.

Apparently, there is no script action,business rule or scheduled job running a"gs.eventqueue()" instruction for this event.

Instance seems to be using "digest" authentication.

Do you know what could be happening?

we have a SSO using Unencripted HTT Header and we got the same "Authentication requirement missing" error.

Did you have any additional suggestion on the reason of such an error?

I do not see any event registered as external.authentication.failed but still I can see this event triggered in the Events Log. I also couldn't find anything about this in the code search from Studio.

We are experiencing the same issue in our Dev-Instance, other instances are fine.

Can you remember what was causing the issue and how did you resolve it.
