Facing issue while sending Email notifications from ServiceNow, attachments/images in Email body

Hi,
For requirement, we connected Jira and ServiceNow. In Jira, we have support team. when support team gets any Email, it is forwarded to ServiceNow and through ServiceNow a Jira bug is created taking details from email forwarded. Here, the issue we are facing is while the email is forwarded it is capturing signature and company logo as attachments including if any attachments/images in the email body.
What we can do to remove capturing of signature and company logo as attachments. And also, how to include image bytes limit.
glide.email.inbound.image_sys_attachment.filter.action, glide.email.inbound.image_sys_attachment.filter.minimum_bytes, these are the properties we have used but is don't work out.
Attached images of system properties that we used for reference. Can anyone guide us on this.

'It don't work out' doesn't tell us what isn't working. What is the result you see after applying the changes to the properties? How big are the attachments if they are being attached?
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
