Failed while executing QueryAD.ps1 (Access denied)

Hi All,

I have created a account in service-now with Mid role and used this account to install Mid.

and added the same mid server in Default MID Server to use for Orchestration Activities.

When i test the connection , it shows the below error. Kindly advise.

It could be that the Windows System Account does not have sufficient rights to invoke this command. Are you using this in a wf_element_activity?

Hi Tuna,

I have used local Admin account to run mid server service. i am not sure about Wf_element_activity.

May you please help me locating that ( screenshot ). I can share the screenshot too if required.

If you do not know wf_element_activity you probably are not using it. Just type it in the aplication navigator like this: wf_element_activity.list

Thanks i checked , i tested QueryAD.ps1 as it was showing in agent logs, below is the screenshot. however, when i tested, it ask me to type few information, i am not sure what values i have to put so i tested without any input. it shows below error. , kindly advise
