Few widgets are not visible to end users in service portal, however they are visible to admin users. How can i resolve this?

Hi,
you need activate the plugin com.glide.service-portal.user-criteria (refer to Activate the user criteria for Service Portal plugin, then apply user criteria for any widgets not visible to the end users:
Apply user criteria to a page, widget, or widget instance
