Fields are not updating in LIST view

Hi All,
When am creating an incident from the record producer of self service portal, the fields should get autopopulated.
I can see the fields getting populated on forms but the autopopulated values are not visible in list view.
Can any one suggest me what is the issue.

Hi,
sorry not visible in list view means?
have you added those fields which are being mapped to the list view by Configuring the list layout of incident table

Check if there is any "list_edit" ACL restricting it...
