Fields are not updating in LIST view

Hi All,
When am creating an incident from the record producer of self service portal, the fields should get autopopulated.
I can see the fields getting populated on forms but the autopopulated values are not visible in list view.
Can any one suggest me what is the issue.

N0, there are no ACL's restricting it.

Then it should work fine..listedit can be written on field level as well..can you share the screenshot of list edit on the table?
