Filter condition not working properly in TASK table

I have applied few conditions on the filter to the task table but the result is not showing up as expected.

Below is the filter condition applied:

I have a INCIDENT available here in on-hold state but the incident is not showing up. Even if the pending condition is removed the incident is not showing up.

Can someone advise on this.

Can you expand the filters for better visibility.
