Filter KB articles on from Knowledge Base in Service Operations Workspace SOW

We are interested in staring to use Service Operations Workspace, SOW, for Alert Management. In Classic UI we have Contextual Search to filter KB articles from a spesific Knowledge Base, but I can't find the similar settings for SOW. Because right now KB articles in SOW are showing other KB-articles (more and irrelevant) then on an Alert record in Classic UI.

 

How and where can I configure this?
We are not ITSM-Pro licenced so we can not use Predictive Intelligence right now. But surely this could be configured somewhere anyway?
