On client instance i have this "Find Agents" icon near to "Assigned to" field:
Is there a way to remove this icon? This is not a functionality that will be used and needs to be removed.

hi ,
Right click on Assigned to---> dictionary---> go to attribute, there you can remove the value --> save

Hi Akshay,
I am actually trying to do the opposite. It seems that the Find Agent icon is missing in my instance and I cannot find a way to bring it back. Are you able to point me in the right direction?

The attribute you need to re-add to incident.assigned_to should be ref_contributions=aw_recommendation
