On client instance i have this "Find Agents" icon near to "Assigned to" field:
Is there a way to remove this icon? This is not a functionality that will be used and needs to be removed.
Thanks,
Daniele

I'm trying to hide this "Find Agents" button but the directions above don't seem to be working for me. Has anything changed since the suggestion above was written? We are on Tokyo currently. Thank you for the help!

Ok, I was able to figure out what works for our instance.
Here's a link that might help: <ServiceNowInstancename>/sys_dictionary_override.do?sys_id=55ff75ce1bba10104f32a68a234bcb5a&sysparm_view=advanced&sysparm_record_target=sys_dictionary_override&sysparm_record_row=7&sysparm_record_rows=38&sysparm_record_list=base_table%3Dtask%5Eelement%3Dassigned_to%5EORDERBYname
If that doesn't work for you, you can modify the Dictionary Entry Override for "Incident>assigned_to" removing the Attribute for "ref_contributions=aw_recommendation" (pictured below).
