Hello,
I have a reporting problem.
I want to know all the tickets that originated from a particular queue. I can pull a report for a primitive condition of "contact type" but still the numbers would change if someone tinkers with it.
For this problem, all the tickets get logged into one assignment group.
My second issue is, agents will work on a ticket and then send it to different team, these records are not found. Could you tell me if there is a way to pull a report for all the tickets worked on by a person ( already tried updated by, it changes when someone else makes a change)
Thank you ????????

Hi, for ongoing reporting I would recommend that you look at creating 'metric' data for this type of reporting and OOB there are already some Incident metrics that may be helpful.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/use/reporting/concept/c_MetricDefinitionSupport.html
For a 1 off view\report you could look at the system audit\history data but using this for BAU reporting can have a significant impact on platform performance and I would not recommend it as best practice.
