Finding event trigger

I have a Business rule which is triggering an event, but not sure what script the event is triggering. Would like to know the ways to find.

1.) You can check which notification is triggered by an event in the notification table

2.) You can also check script actions based on event name

Is it only the notification it triggers? I don't find any notification with that event name.

You can check script action as well, In script actions table

I tried in script actions as well. It is not available. 😞
