Fixing intermittent empty menu?

Hi all,
Our ServiceNow instance sometimes is unable to load the menu returning an empty list.
I did suspect sometimes is due to network slowness.
1. I was wondering if anyone else is having similar issue?
2. Is it possible to relate to our Menu size?

Hi Vincent,
No I didn't. I was looking for a post that would explain why and how to fix it, and I landed on yours. I said to myself that if we are all experiencing it, many others are too, and they should be aware.
What I did was I cleared my browser's data on exit. That seems to do the trick.

Hi Angelo,
We are using the same method too "cleared browser's data on exit".
However, it feels more like a workaround.
Unfortunately, most of the time ServiceNow would not look into it unless we raise a support ticket.
For my case, the difficulty I am facing is that the issue is intermittent and unable to share the method to reproduce to ServiceNow.
