Flow designer inbound email trigger not filtering

We have an inbound email flow with the trigger as receive type is reply and body text starts with security camera approval reply.  The flow is running for all reply emails and is not honoring the body text starts with.  I've also tried short description is... with no luck.

Also, the flow is run as the user who initiates session instead of system.  (default, forgot to check when creating)  Is there a way to change that without recreating the flow?

I just checked, inbound flow doesn't have option to Run as System

Did you check in the email received logs? it shows why it was ignored

check this

you can update the flow properties, make it Run as System, Publish again

Thanks @Ankur Bawiskar , but that doesn't show up under properties of a saved flow.
