My requirement is once a catalog task is closed complete, then other two task will be created by default. And next task will be created based on the conditions. But here in create catalog task if I don't check wait checkbox then ritm is not closing automatically.
If I check wait checkbox then, 15th 17th are not creating parallely, they are creating sequentially one by one.
But I need all task should be created at once and ritm should be closed complete automatically. How to do this?
Can I add lookup record action and script in this? If alk catalog task are inactive then ritm should be closed automatically. How to write script for this?
The catalog task can be cancelled or completed or incomplete but still ritm should be closed complete. How to write script for this in look up record action
